Integration of BPM with legacy and third party systems *Experience Required* Pega Senior Developer should be a Pega Certified CSSA with design experience on Pega PRPC v 6.x, Pega Frameworks. Technical and Functional acumen related to key features of PRPC with thorough understanding of capabilities and limitations of each feature. Should have working experience on PEGA upgrade projects from PEGA 4.x / 5.x to PEGA 6.3 SP1. Should have awareness of PEGA 7.x capabilities and the PEGA’s roadmap. Experience on BAM reports. Hands-on experience on workflow design with thorough understanding of the tool’s capabilities. Hands-on experience on standardization of Interfaces using canonical data model. Knowledge of Internal and external services integration. *Roles & Responsibilities* : Involving in the design and development of end to end implementation for a large program. Optimize delivery and process with best practices and re-useable components. Work closely with architects and offshore team and facilitate solution development. Should be able to re-factor the existing rules in PEGA 4.x / 5.x version and design new class structure. Should eliminate the custom coding from the old PEGA versions leveraging the new PEGA 6,x capabilities. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of PRPC architecture using pertinent knowledge of PRPC design and implementation features. Work in tandem with offshore team ensuring delivery those measures up to the technical and functional requirements of the customer. *Generic Managerial/Soft Skills* : Ability to relate to both business and technical members of the team.
