Title: EDI Systems Analyst Location: Southern CA Duration: 1 Year contract Duties: Translate business requirements into detailed systems specifications Create artifacts (use cases, process flow charts, diagrams) that communicate the changes made to business and technical teams. Identify, gather, analyze and document business system requirements while working with users and technical staff. Develop requirements tractability matrix to be used in software development and QA testing. What is required: 3+ years of healthcare related EDI transaction experience. Experience in translation of EDI transactions (837,834) to Facets Gateway format. 2-3+ years of experience in a client facing/engaging external customers role. Facets experience is a must. Trizetto HIPAA Gateway (THG) experience is a must. (SpecBuilder, XenServer, Xengine) experience is a must. Experience using software development lifecycle methodology (Agile, RUP, waterfall) is required. Knowledge of SQL, ETL, Java, .NET is preferred.
