*Position: SDET – QA Tester on .NET Apps* *Location: Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA* *Duration: 6+ Months* The Software Engineer in Test is responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of test automation for all BCUS’s technology solutions • Drive innovation in test automation strategy and methodology • Ensure success of continuous integration and quality control through automation • Ensure high-quality solutions through automation • Establish quality assurance standards and best practices for test automation *Required Skills:* • Best qualified candidate must have minimum five years of development on large software systems. Equivalent experience in descriptive software test automation development will be considered. • BS/BE/BA in Computer Science • Excellent C# programming ability • Expertise in one or more of: Java, Groovy, C/C++, Python, PHP, Ruby, Perl, VB.NET • Experience with Webservices • Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably Scrum • Good SQL knowledge and able to create and work with databases • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Excellent team player with ability to work with multiple stake holders • Excellent ability to deliver under pressure • Solid organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and effectively bring discussions and issues to closure • Solid project management skills, including ability to coordinate, negotiate, schedule and communicate with all levels of staff Desired • Experience with descriptive/advanced programming in test automation tools like SOAPUI Pro, Selenium, Ranorex, SeeTest.
