The Company has a legacy client/server application called t which uses
Oracle Developer 2000 on the front end and Oracle RDBMS on the back end.
The system provides functionality for over 3,500 users across

The Company is in the process of delivering the next generation enterprise
solution, a web application which, when finished, will replace the system.
DCF is currently working on Release 4.0. This system is a set of services
based on SOA principles and will support the entire child welfare business
process.  The Organization seeks one senior business analyst to support
development of the integrated casework practice functions which are planned
to be in the subsequent releases of i-FamilyNet.

Duties

Specific duties of this position will include the following:

       Learn the business processes.  Understand and document the
actors, the desired outcomes of the business process(es), and the specific
business requirements.

       recordWork with staff to  business requirements.

       Write use cases, rules, and other artifacts suchbusiness  lane
diagrams, activity flow diagrams as swim and wire frame diagrams to
effectively articulate and represent business processes, desired outcomes,
and requirements.

       Recognize that there are multiple audiences (project
sponsors, business owner, development and operations and support team) and
customize artifacts as appropriate to maximize understanding and throughput.

       requirementsUpdate all artifacts as  evolve or change.

       Work closely with team to ensure thatdevelopment  implemented
appropriately - also to requirements are ensure that coding changes are
fully understood so Subject Matter Experts can perform effective positive
and negative testing

       Specify the security  system requirements and definitions for all
actors andobjects.

       Write test cases. Execute test cases and test system.
Report testing results.

       Troubleshoot issues  Testing, identified through testing,
particularly Performance and UserSecurity Testing Acceptance Testing
(UAT), including performing an initial assessment of the problem,
identifying causes and possible solutions, and triaging the problem
appropriately (i.e. determining if it’s a system problem, user
misunderstanding, procedural clarification, or a system enhancement).

        Provide  daily/weekly status/project updates to the project manager
on abasis.

Qualifications:

       3 years of experience  Functional developing Business Requirements
Documents andspecifications.

       workingProven track record  stakeholders. on large-scale projects
to diverse

       Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and
wr skills.iting

       Demonstrated ability to tive.work independently and take initia

       leadingProven track record of  cross-functional teams.

       Experience creating user documentation and technical documentation.

       Experience facilitating  stakeholder requirements analysis sessions
with diversegroups.
