Require Senior Java Developers to support a brand new full lifecycle software development utilizing AGILE/SCRUM methodology The primary requirement for this position is that the candidate be a JAVA expert with Solid JavaScript and Java skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science A MUST (can be a B.S. or B.A. Degree but must be in Computer Sciences). *MUST HAVE SKILLS:* *Java 8 to 10 years minimum experience.* *JDBC 6 years minimum.* *Spring Framework 4 years minimum (will take someone w/3 year+ Spring)* *3 + years of Web Services experience* *HTML5, CSS3 with decent GUI development capabilities (not necessarily Guru level but needs to write JSPs)* *WebSphere HIGHLY desired (Will accept WebLogic, JBoss, or other Application Server.* as a second choice, but not a simple web server like TomCat.) 2 years of the Application Server. Relational Database experience, Prefer Oracle or DB2 2 years minimum Ajax 2 years minimum (Dojo or JQuery or other Ajax framework) 3 + years at a large company with an IT department over 100 people. Communication skills are very important MUST be able to understand and comprehend long abstract questions (be able to listen to the question, process, and understand the entire question and be able to answer back in a very in-depth and precise manner. All development will be done using Agile/SCRUM methodology and will be involved in 15 minute daily stand up meetings. Strongly prefer experience at large enterprise companies, Fortune 500 etc Strongly prefer someone with experience at 3 medium to large companies.
