Resources will serve as a liaison between internal clients, operational staff, and IT. Duties will include support of execution of project plans, agenda preparation, reports distribution, material gathering and distribution, and communication of decisions/results. This position also requires analytical skills, working with internal clients, cross functional operational areas, and IT to analyze requirements with the goal of defining development needs and business process needs required to meet those program requirements. *Duties and Responsibilities: * Requires the ability to work with cross functional teams to implement new requirements effectively and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical process flows and complex requirements. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, Microsoft Office Suite and Web applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
