Hope you are doing good. Send me resumes at <[email protected]> *Job Title: Validation Tester* *Location: Vernon Hills, IL* *Terms: 6 Months Contract (Could go longer)* This is a hands-on position. The resource is expected to be involved authoring and development of validation deliverables for testing and validation activities on a daily basis as well as using testing tools such as Quality Center and support of activities. This position is responsible for leading and performing activities in support of the validation and compliance of a system, application, or infrastructure. The role is responsible for supporting project teams as assigned and for monitoring compliance to the CQPs, QMS, and other established IT policies/procedures. • Delivery of the Test plans and Results documentation with metrics and analysis that the product is ready for release. • Ability to track and report on test progress in daily and weekly status updates with the use of metrics as required by the management including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, and performance baselines. • Demonstrated experience leading tests, assigning tasks and reviewing test cases and test results. • Ownership of the test assets generated by the team; assuring the quality and the coverage of the test suite is complete and that the defects discovered are reported and driven to resolution. Establish clearly defined entrance and exit criteria are clearly defined and being measured. • A strong background in the development of the test plan, scoping, requirements analysis using test management tools (e.g. HP Quality Center). Work with project managers to develop and own the committed schedules and deliverables • Authors Validation Plan, Training Plan, Issues Log, Design Review, IQ Protocol/Report, OQ Protocol/Report, PQ Protocol/Report, Test Cases, Test Incidents, Trace Matrix, Validation report, etc. • Assists with Application and Infrastructure Change Control closures as needed. • Develop and Reviews Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, User Manuals, System Procedures, System Description and Training records.
