Monitors systems, responds to problems and plans for growth. Provides ongoing systems analysis. Performs additional job duties as required. Has basic troubleshooting skills, and must understand local/wide area networking and PC hardware/software. Works across all functional areas of the enterprise, and uses a strong customer services orientation to ensure that all requests and problems are resolved. Works on small and large projects that have system-wide impact and integrate across the organization.
