*Responsibilities *

This is a position in T-Mobile’s Product Realization Post-Launch Support
group, responsible for the post-launch support of multiple Control, Self
Help, and Mobile Web and Content products and programs. The Product
Post-Launch Support Engineer will be responsible for post-launch support
for  a Product or group of Products and report to the Manager for Product
Realization Post-Launch Support.



The Post-Launch Support team focuses on partnering with areas within the
organization to resolve various post-launch issues using cross functional
collaboration.  In addition, the team is responsible for maintaining the
purity of responsible products, while balancing the customer experience,
and keeping in-mind the best interest of T-Mobile. The holder of this
position must have proficient knowledge of wireless telecom services, and
demonstrated success in operations or service management roles.



Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Lead (and create where needed) Task Force Meetings for supported
products

•   Facilitate Root Cause Analysis session for Issues identified for
supported products

•   Quantify the impact of each Issue identified for supported products

•   Lead On-boarding efforts for supported products of Partners or
Promotions

•   Create Reporting and Analysis of trends in Product Technical
performance and deliver to Senior Leadership on a regular basis

•   Inform Product Management on areas of improvement for Products in
Production to enhance performance, experience, and productivity (including
business case by means of quantifying need)

•   Develop tight partnerships with Application Support and Tier 2 Support
working teams within Engineering and IT, as well as T-Mobile Partners to
resolve issues

•   Enhance partnerships with business and product owners to enable
prioritization of issue resolution

•   Understand and stay abreast of product roadmaps to prepare for launch
of product enhancements

•   Work with testing and project teams to prepare for upcoming launches on
supported products and prepare for any potential problems post-launch

•   Maintain SME knowledge of Supported Products



Qualifications

•             5+ years of relevant work experience

•             Worked for wireless carrier or vendor in Product Development,
Project Management, Engineering, IT, or Technical Care

•             Must have strong wireless GSM/GPRS, handset client, content,
and mobile web technology knowledge.

•             Experienced in project management, business analysis, process
analysis and data analysis

•             Must excel at building relationships and influencing teams

•             Excellent coordination and project management skills

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•             Thought leadership, strong personal work ethic and
initiative, willingness to jump in and solve problems

•             Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information
Technology, Computer Science or related field
