Looking for someone with exp in 'production support' and unix.
We have below position at US
GRID Production Support
Duration: 12months
Rate: $35-38/hr w2 or $43-45/hr c2c
Number of resources - 3
Start Date - ASAP
Location - Alpharetta/Bothell {Support timing will be 11 am EST to 8 pm
EST. May need to work in weekends with 2 days of in weekdays}
Skill set - Need good UNIX and DB background for troubleshooting data
issues with good communication skill.
Job Description:
- Should have very good knowledge of UNIX and shell script.
- Should have good knowledge and understanding of Database.
- Should have good communication skill.
- Work as a tier 1 Production Support
- Work on tickets/defects assigned
- Environment monitoring, health check and
troubleshooting
