Survey use may be implemented for customer feedback. They will also conduct final analysis, participate in functional application design, create Mockup / Proof of concept and gain final proposal acceptance. Following this the BA leads effort in data conversion, testing, ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues along the way. The candidate may be required to participate in the development of new products and services and lead process design activities. Previous experience in Customer billing operations is highly valued. *Role 2: Business Analyst Lead - Call Center* This consultant will document, and analyze application and business requirements against available technology options (build and out of the box). They will conduct individual application analysis, participate in functional application design, create and analyze ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. The candidate may be required to participate in the development of new products and services and lead process design activities.
