I want people who want to—and can—produce excellent code themselves, not people who have primarily managed coders. Required: experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, and some knowledge of content management systems, preferably DotNetNuke. Desired: experience with TFS and TeamPulse. Bank of America experience in GIS specifically is a plus. Candidates can expect incisive questioning about specific skills and experience.
