*Hitachi Storage Admin:*

·         The candidate should have experience in managing, administrating
and Troubleshooting the Hitachi Storage.(Hitachi VSP, USP-V, USP-VM,AMS,HUS
Storage Arrays)

·         Should have clear understanding in RAID, data migration, dynamic
provisioning. Dynamic tearing, logical device . He should also have worked
in Shadow image, COW and Thin Image. The candidate should also have worked
in HUR and True Copy for replication. He should also worked in performance
analysis of storage

·         The candidate should have worked in Brocade SAN Switch (DCX).

·         Should have a sound Knowledge on the concepts of (SAN and NAS
provisioning of Hitachi )



*Desired:*

·         The candidate should also have worked in IBM Storage DS 4000/8700
series , Isilion NAS storage ,Pillar AXIOM storage,



*Roles & Responsibilities:*

Provide L2 and/or L3 support on Hitachi storage. Involve in day to day
activities which includes LUN creation/allocation/zoning ,LUN masking
,replication setup ( HUR/True copy etc)

Develop and implement resolutions to identified problems, and follows
standard practices and procedures

Involve in migration related activities from one storage to another

Involve in DR drill with respect to storage

Involve in analyzing the performance from storage point of  view
