*Job Title:* Agile Technical Lead Resource *Start Date:* ASAP *Duration: Long Term * *Location:* Plainsboro, NJ *Job Description:* Targeted Project(s): To help across many areas, including data integration between Agile and EBS and to help with data clean-up and document those processes for future use. Definition of Work to be performed: - Lead the Agile data migration exercises of varying projects - Learn Client's Agile configuration - Identify sources of data to adequately define a given product line within Agile, where that data and files reside in current systems, and develop relationships with the current data stewards - Work with current data owners and the Delphi project MDM team to analyze legacy data sources - Define transformation needs with the business units and other Delphi teams - Assist in defining the needs for system controls, standard BOM configurations, or mandatory needs to ensure data health that supports technical functionality post-go-live. - Pinpoint areas of data cleansing where not doing so would cause a go-live risk - Ensure multiple data sources can be quickly combined into a single file and transformed into the Agile upload format - Identify and build necessary pre-load validations to ensure that the interdependencies between data elements are met, and in a way they can easily and repeatedly be run with minimal human intervention. - Properly plan and execute mock data migrations within project parameters - Lead the formal data validation (both technical and where necessary with end-users) - Organize data freeze and final extract activities - Participate in technical load of data and files - Identify and execute plan for legacy data archival - Support cutover and hypercare aspects of a project to ensure a successful deployment. - Monitor data sets post-deployment. Where issues are found, analyze system wide impact, develop remediation plan, and assist in uploading fixes to ECO/MCO to help the users apply the fix. - Provide regular status; escalate issues, schedule slippages, etc. when appropriate in a timely manner - Other related tasks that fit in with the successful deployment of given projects. In general, would prefer 4+ years’ experience, with at least 5 significant deployments in the given area of expertise.
