Job Description: This position is for a Test lead for one of our projects in Capital Markets. Experience and Skill Set: • Functional Experience in QA. • Working experience as lead. • Need a Test Lead with some Agile/Scrum and Capital Markets (Equities/Derivatives/Fixed Income/Trading/Stocks) related exp. • Provide oversight for testing activities at the overall project level • Create, own, and ensure execution of System Integration Test plan • Provide consultative input on testing risks and potential mitigation actions • Manage development of program level testing artifacts (test strategy, test plan, test reporting etc) • Coordinate defect reporting and resolution process across PODs/testing work streams (support Scrum Masters as needed in S2 forums) • Facilitate overall ALM (Quality Center) structure, usage and relevant training Thanks & Regards, Anand Tiwari Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
