*Duration: 6 months+* *DOJ: Immediate* *Description:* • At least 7 years of relevant experience • Must be CCIE certified (Switching and Routing) • The Network Engineer is responsible for overall network operation, administration & management of customer network. • Responsible for performing advanced Support and routine, complex troubleshooting activities, working independently under minimal supervision. • Resolve customer requests, issues in line with customer agreements with agreed schedule to required quality standards • Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction levels exceed targets • Manage escalation from L2 Engineers • Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow: Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of network operations. • Work on Multiple Products – Cisco, Juniper, Aruba Instant OS, Airwave, Clear Pass, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Telecom • Have good troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Work with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems. • Performs Root Cause Analysis on major incidents • Track and update key performance metrics • Participate in routine operational meetings • Provide direction to teams to govern all customer environments in as proactive a manner as possible. *Position 2) Title – Network Firewall Expert* *Location: Newark, NJ* *Duration: 6 months+* *DOJ: Immediate* *Description* • The SME- Security (L3) role is to develop the high-level design plan for the overall logical and technical network Security architecture for the data center network convergence. This individual will provide technical leadership, support and consulting in the Fortinet and Cisco Data Center security technologies, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level. • The SME-Security will be required to work both as part of a Technical team and independently to support, implement and develop architecture for network security infrastructure that includes of fortinet, nexus OS-7000 & Cisco ASA 5585 for multiple sites enterprise data centers in US. The Network Security Architect would preferable to have good experience with production environments running with Fortinet Firewall, Manager, Analyser and Cisco Nexus 7000 OS & Cisco ASA 5585 & Juniper Security products. • Job Description :( L3-SME Security) • Design, installation, configuration, implement & trouble shooting of complex network environments consists of Fortinet analyser, firewall, Cisco Nexus 7000 OS & Cisco ASA 5585 & Juniper security (SSG,ISG)products. • Serve as a technical point of contact for customer and coordinate with CSS offshore support team for implementation and support. • Provide network security services on assessment and implementation for enterprise customers based on requirements and technologies fit for purpose. • Work with other teams to develop and maintain technical documentation related to the provisioning of CSS Corp managed services. • Business hours support for 12 hours and after office hours support (On-call).
