The Program Manager must have previous direct experience in assisting health plan(s) become a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) and be on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM). He or she must be able to identify the state/plan and their specific role in the implementation. The successful candidate will also have proven and demonstrable experience managing complex programs with multi-departmental projects. He or she must be business savvy and be able to establish and maintain good professional relationships with executives; they must be assertive and possess strong leadership qualities to motivate diverse team members. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
