Location : Somajiguda,Hyderabad *Responsibilities:* · Experience with end to end recruitment life cycle. · Source, evaluate and interview IT candidates for all levels of talent spanning multiple skills within the technology arena especially FINANCIAL DOMAIN · Use applicant tracking database, Internet recruiting databases, networking events and job boards to identify qualified candidates Coordinate interviews with sales team and clients. · Salary negotiation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area · Develop and maintain inventory of qualified candidates. *Qualifications* · Candidate should have good experience in recruitment with Direct Clients *(Experience with DIRECT Client is MUST). * · 1 to 6 years of recruiting experience in the IT industry.
