The Future State Program is organized into eight work streams that report into a program management office (“PMO”). It is designed to deliver a new ERM organizational structure, enhanced ERM framework, policies, analytics, and processes. The Project Manager will be assigned to specific work streams and will be responsible for managing all related activities.
