Position : SAP BOBJ/ETL Consultant Location : Melville, NY. Duration : 6 MONTHS. Advanced or Expertise with - BusinessObjects Data Services - BusinessObjects Data Quality - BusinessObjects Data Quality Management for SAP Solutions Description • Leads data quality and ETL design and development activities Deliverables - GANTT chart listing key activities grouped by phase and related deliverables/milestones (i.e., scope) across time. - Matrix displaying roles and resources across time. Intensity (hours/week/resource) of workload will be indicated for each resource. Feature of the Detailed Project Plan using MS Project. - Detailed documentation of the client business requirements which describe the functional requirements the system is expected to achieve. - Outlines the architectural framework that will guide the project team in the design, development, and implementation, and in some regards, operation of the solution. The requirements contained within this deliverable will support the business requirements. - Conceptual view of the technical solution approach which captures technologies involved, high level integration approach and expected interfaces/data flows. - Entity relationship diagram (ERD) typically in ER/Win or Visio documenting the data entities and attributes for the solution and the data relationship between the entities. - Establishes the common information model for the customer business objects in scope. - Mapping of the source/target data related to the services to the canonical information model. - Design of the SOA services to support the solution. - This deliverable documents the expected approach to be taken for managing data quality in the solution. It documents the aspects of data quality to be addressed, where data quality will be applied and the tools/techniques to be employed. This deliverable may be included as a component of the Solution Architecture or standalone. The approach may be revised during the Develop phase as detailed data quality is understood during development and testing. - Deliverable describing the overall data required to support the solution including where the data physically is sourced from (Source Attribute Matrix) along with source data physical details. Also document the data survivorship rules and any match/merge rules to be applied. This deliverable becomes the starting point of the ETL Source-to-Target mapping deliverable.
