*White box QA tester* *Location: San Diego, CA* *Must interview onsite with hiring manager* *Duration 9 months – 1yr* *Must have EXCELLENT communication skills* *The Role* As a Quality Assurance Product Lead you will play a key role in Talent|REWARD (T|R) product development projects by ensuring the delivered product meets the organization’s quality assurance standards. In this role you will direct all testing activities related to your product. Additionally, you will assist in establishing quality standards and processes and be a mentor to the other members of the quality assurance team. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to gain a large breadth of knowledge by working with experts in the fields of Talent and Rewards.
