We are seeking exceptionally talented and passionate Business Analyst to
provide high-scale business analysis for *healthcare insurance projects*.
This is an initial 12 month consulting assignment with the possibility
of contract to hire for our Healthcare Insurance client at their Ft.
Washington facility.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Requirements definition and management duties to include
facilitating scoping and business priority setting for large or complex
changes involving stakeholders as needed, driving the requirements
elicitation process, and obtaining formal agreement from stakeholders
Identify , document and prioritize business requirements
Collaborate with team members to identify needs and opportunities
Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, as
assigned
Provide timely and effective resolution of issues
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the
success of the projects
*REQUIREMENTS:*
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical
field experience
5+ years of experience in requirements definition and management,
business analysis
Experience with relational database concepts
Solid experience with query languages such as SQL, database
management, manipulating large datasets, and report generation tools
Experience working effectively with business users to identify
required changes
Strong documentation skills
Experience in the full life cycle of the business analysis track
Ability to understand data; make judgment calls and give direction
Able to multi-task across a number of concurrent projects
successfully
Strong communication and self-management skills
Excellent communication skills, good technical know-how combined
with a drive to deliver beyond expectations is paramount to the success of
this role
Strong documentation skills
• SQL server; profile query and understand data and ability to profile data
important
• Make judgment calls and give direction
• Healthcare Ins. exp a big plus but a really solid Technical BA will do
• PM Attributes a plus-need to know when to ask and when to listen
• Will help with project plans
• Well spoken with business maturity
• Excellent communication
