Title : Release Manager
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Duration : 6+ Months
Release Planner / Release Manager Role:
- Own the Intake / Planning process for the SSO team
- Drive release planning and release scoping, ensuring clearly
documented and managed scope
- Work with functional SSO team leaders (Analysis, Development,
QA) to ensure releases are effectively moving through the pipeline
- Own release level progress reporting
- Facilitate team capacity and demand planning
- Facilitate deployment and change management for releases
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience progressive experience demonstrating
project and program management expertise
- 5-7 years experience in an application development organization
- 2-3 years in release manager role a plus
- Experience with identity & access management domain a plus
- Excellent facilitation and meeting management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office tools (MS Project,
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
