This position is a project manager for the Child Support KIDS Information Data system and will provide project management skills for the Document Generation Sub-System replacement project and other federally mandated, state budget and administrative projects. Project duties will include project management, direction guidance and consultation of multiple large complex projects in the analysis, design, development research, review and verification of technical feasibility and integration of new systems, technologies and software. Also responsible for ongoing coordination and review of the work of other systems and programmer analysts, including assigning work and evaluating the performance of work. Serves as a liaison between application and technical support staff. Reviews incoming projects and assigns them to appropriate team members for implementation and resolution. All candidates require knowledge of and experience managing multiple large complex mainframe (COBOL, CICS, DB2) and web application development (Microsoft.Net) projects. . *** Requires knowledge of and experience with managing multiple large complex mainframe and web application development projects that use Microsoft.Net for web functions and COBOL, CICS and DB2 (or equivalent mainframe on-line real time teleprocessing such as IMS/DC), for mainframe functions. This position also requires knowledge of and experiences with system analysis and design techniques; estimates for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation tasks; and methods used to develop, install and maintain large complex mainframe data information systems and require knowledge of advanced project management techniques and automated project management tools used to create detailed project/system plans.
