Job title: Sr. BI Analyst
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 4 months +
*Looking for EAD, GC’s and Citizens Only*
• Analyze business scenarios to identify information requirements
from ecosystem analysis of capabilities and services managed with
technology, with dependencies from
upstream transactional systems/data providers
• Deliver a business level data model of a solution after working
with peer teams to identify the best solution. Deliver conceptual, logical
data models supporting end to end business
scenarios driving alignment on taxonomies, business rules with
clear definitions.
• Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into
functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the
specifications.
• Business Analyst experience using the Agile methodology, writing
user stories/acceptance criteria
• Designs, implements and maintains the application-specific
blueprints, life-cycle plans, and roadmaps.
• Foster a climate that supports relationship building and
collaboration at all levels in Operations and Microsoft.
• Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a
fast paced and changing environment
• Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group
collaboration skills.
• Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
• Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication
skills to distill technology projects into understandable and compelling
executive level presentations.
• Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
