Platform engineering includes Content Management Systems, UGC Enforcement Platform, E-commerce, Video Distribution Technology, Registration, Advertising Systems and Data Warehouse & Reporting. The web operations teams focus on Servers & Hosting and Network Connectivity. teams are located in Seattle, Bristol, N. Hollywood, Glendale, New York, Burbank, and Orlando. *Responsibilities:* The Systems Integration Engineer, will be responsible for providing integration design and implementation services between HP BSM and Service Now for enterprise systems monitoring services. · Work in concert with applicable Towers to integrate ServiceNow into the Enterprise Systems Management framework, and will interface with enterprise, segment and supplier partners to understand and fulfill monitoring requirements. · Responsible for addressing all tool related incidents or issues in partnership with the supplier or segment resources and will deliver on all ESM/ServiceNow related service requests – ensuring that each follow proper change management process and adheres to all document standards and policies. · Establish and maintain relationships with the Enterprise and Segment Customers that leverage the Monitoring Service, and provide technical input to the Incident & Problem Management process to help teams eliminate recurring incidents and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented. · Manage the analysis and delivery of availability reports that reflect the metrics provided from each of the ESM Tools and implement continuous service improvement measures that increase efficient service operations and improve service availability. *Basic Qualifications:* · 10-15 years’ experience in System Admin of Enterprise Class Monitoring Tools · 8-10 years direct hands on experience in sustaining enterprise class monitoring tools. · Two to four years’ experience implementing, administering, and supporting HP Business Service Management (BSM) / Operation Manager I (OMi) and Service Now. · Direct hands on experience with HP Business Service Management (BSM) & Operation Manager I (OMi) and Service Now, including integration and administration. · Experience integrating with Service Now ITSM Solution · Knowledge of the overall requirements and best practices for systems management support of Unix, Windows, AS400 and Linux servers. · Strong understanding of virtual server environments with regard to both hardware and software monitoring requirements. · Knowledge of the overall requirements and best practices for application monitoring support. · IT experience in an outsource services organization providing infrastructure · Demonstrated experience working in a high capacity, mission-critical application environment with a passion for repeatable yet flexible processes · Demonstrated experience with Service and Event Management tools. · Demonstrated experience in systems integration, application infrastructure support and middleware operations. · Direct Hands on technical experience with various vendor-monitoring packages including HP OpenView, HP BSM, HP SiteScope, CA APM, CA Nimsoft and ServiceNow. · Superb written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills; excellent presentation skills. · Able to work in a team environment inside a dynamic, fast-paced business.
