*Job Title: QA / UAT Lead* *Location: Richmond, VA* *Duration : 18 Months +* *Job Description:* This candidate will identify process improvements and coordinate with internal and external business partners to ensure the best quality experience for our customers. This position is primarily responsible for working cross functionally to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing, Smoke Testing etc. for projects. *Responsibilities:* Minimum 5 years of experience in Testing with following skills •Understand and effectively translate business requirements of projects to build Test Strategy and Test Cases and be able to assess whether the systems delivery will meet the business requirement and/or the impact to the customer •Proficient in Functional, Regression, User Acceptance and Smoke Testing •Participate in testing of system changes for departmental and company-wide changes •Great verbal and written communication •Work collaboratively with all levels of management and provide ongoing status reports to cross functional business partners •Consolidate information and present to senior management in a clear and concise manner *Qualifications:* •Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing effort with business stakeholders/end users/SMEs •Experience in creating detail Test Plan and Test Cases •Ability to work in a dynamic and ever evolving environment with minimal supervision and flexibility with schedule •Ability to read logs and understand back end exceptions is a plus.
