We have an contract position with our Direct Client in *GA - Atlanta* *Rate - $47/hr on C2C* *Looking for Local Consultants only who can come for Face to Face Interview.* *Job Description* *Work Location: GA - Atlanta* *Platform: Client Server* *Job Title: Sr. Programmer Analyst * *Start Date: ASAP End Date: 01/03/2015* *Explanation for Position:* BIA contract programmer needed for project. Contract developer for 3 months to assist in building a prototype SurePost postal charge auditing process. The audit will provide UPS visibility to either over payments or revenue recovery opportunities, which is estimated between 3 to 5 million annually. Proto-Type Development: A) Automation of data gathering 1) USPS SurePost 210, 214 and 215 multiple daily files 2) Detailed Billing Transaction (DBT) weekly 3) ESTAT account and parent information 4) DIAD Information Repository information for SurePost delivery stop completion B) SurePost data audits 1) Duplicate postal tracking postal charge audit 2) Oversize postal audit 3) Service misclassification audit 4) SurePost final delivery completed UPS versus USPS Audit. *Details of Position:* Support the development of business requirements and program specifications; Assist in the creation of project timelines; Work closely with management team to design application flow; Create and maintain various SQL Server -based applications; Design and implement database scheme and process flow; Develop, analyze and execute system test plans; Work closely with QA group to maintain application accuracy; Analyze UPS data to determine necessary data constraints; Take full ownership of applications as it relates to automating production posting cycles and communicating with the various stakeholders; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mgmt. Information Systems, Mathematics or related discipline; 5-8 years technical expertise in database development. Additionally, although not required, experience/familiarity in the following is a plus: .NET/C# language; Oracle dbms and ETL process development and/or management tools. *Management Skills:* Administration setup and optimization; SQL Server query performance optimization, file manipulation, exception handling; 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, applications development and systems architecture; A minimum 5+ years of T-SQL experience - performance tuning, DTS/SSIS, stored procedures, triggers, views. Microsoft SQL Server dbms expertise required, familiarity with or additional skill set including Oracle dbms is a significant benefit.
