Mandatory Skills
- Have strong, proven experience in developing and driving
requirements for ecommerce projects (hybris preferred) and will be a
superior conceptual and strategic thinker.
- Be able to contribute to use case authoring and requirements
modeling that will integrate and drive key project initiatives.
- Experience implementing predictive modeling capabilities
- Will be highly organized and detail-focused, have solid
communication and presentation skills, cross group collaboration
experience and assimilate new ideas and information quickly.
Desired Skills
- Be able to interact effectively with senior-level business managers
and executives.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to make sound business judgments
- Must be able to work effectively across organizational boundaries,
and at multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and
organizational skills.
- In-depth experience with Visio & Excel for business intelligence.
- Familiarity with Business and IT Operations workflows.
- Experience in Risk Mgmt and Risk Analysis is highly desirable
- Ability to identify and/or develop data hierarchy (parent-child
relationships for example)
