*Term: Long term* As a Sr IT Quality Consultant, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with software, web, portal, application, and other testing for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on both manual and/or automated testing tools, test script and test plan creation and maintenance, defect tracking and reporting. *Skills needed:* Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of QA analysts (onsite, offsite and offshore) Minimum of 5 years of experience designing/developing testing strategies using Quality Center/ALM, Quick Test Pro testing tools Minimum of 5 years of experience using SQL to write SQL statements, select queries and update statements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding attention to detail Commitment to searching for the root cause of an issue or defect Experience supervising offshore resources Experience communicating/reporting quality and test status results and metrics Excellent customer service skills Assets Experience in the Health Care Industry (health care delivery) Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with automated test environments Positions in this function are involved in developing and implementing efficient and effective test plans for new systems problems and/or enhancements.
