Send me resumes at <am...@zenithtechsolutions.com> *Job Title: Sr. BA/w OMS* *Location: NYC (in NYC Sapient Office)* *Duration: 6 months* *Interview: phone/skype* · Focus on BA’s with strong OMS experience who come from e-commerce background. · We will look at BA’s who have worked with either Sterling, Hybris or Manhattan OMS. · needs to have worked on Manhattan Associates Distribution Order Management (DOM) Software Job Responsibilities: Individual will be responsible for the support and configuration of company’s Order Management System, Distribution Order Management, DOM. They will perform projects relating to the configuration and enhancements of company's DOM software and its integration to its other enterprise systems. Individual will work in all aspects of DOM including daily support of customer service and applications testing. •Provide support to the Customer Service and Business Teams •Monitor the flow of Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce orders within DOM •Understand business flows so that they would be in position to offer work-around options, procedural modifications as well as system modifications in order to address business needs. •Develop functional business specifications that support a business/systems modification. The specification developed would be at a level where it would document the business need and is not a technical document. It is geared toward the business community, and is readable by the business community as well as the technical community to help define the business requirements. •Work closely with IT and business partners to assure the timeliness for the completion of projects. •Develop or oversee the development of user documentation and training material needed by the business community. •Develop and execute integrated testing scripts. Coordinate with and incorporate business community into the testing process. •Working closely with IT resources (internal and external) to assist with issue resolution when appropriate. *Qualifications:* •Candidate must have past experience in working with Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce business processes •Candidate must have mid-level knowledge of capturing and documenting Functional Requirements, Test Scripts, and System Documentation. •Must have strong communication skills – verbal and written. •Should be comfortable with hands-on instructor led role to a business or IT user group. •Must be familiar and able to define and build documents using MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Visio). •Hands on Experience with Manhattan Associates Distribution Order Management (DOM) Software •Hands on Experience writing SQL Queries for reporting and research purposes •Basic Knowledge and Understanding of Manhattan Associates’ MIF and WM Software.
