Position title : Technical BA / Business System Analyst Location : NY/ OH Duration : long term *Mandatory domain experience :* Bachelors’ Degree Required Minimum 9 + years of Business Analysis experience. *Mandatory recent 4 + years’ experience Retail Banking domain.* *Extremely knowledgeable in retail banking business like Cards, payments, loan and accounts etc* *Mandatory technical skills / experience:* · Mandatory Agile team experience, (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP), Should have worked on Agile front for atleast last 2 projects, aware of concerts , use of Agile. · Minimum 3-5 years of technical delivery experience (Architecture, Application Development, Usability Design, Project Management, or Quality Assurance) · *SQL ,front end development, KPI, Databases, components of web pages, Data modeling*, · Interated with Architect and other people within technical team.
