We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows *POSITION: *Senior Messaging Engineer *LOCATION: *Greater Dallas, TX *DURATION: *9 months, with extension likely ( Contract to hire ) - 10 years information systems experience managing global messaging and collaboration environment for a 7000+ user environment. - 5+ years experience designing, supporting and maintaining a complex enterprise level (7000+ user) Exchange 2010 environment including Exchange HA/DR and Backup and Recovery. - O365, Exchange Online/ EOP experience. - Expertise with PowerShell - Advanced understanding of PC and Mac Outlook clients from an operational and configuration standpoint. - Advanced experience supporting mobile clients - Development and enforcement of standards, policies and best practices are expected in this role. Expectation that applicant will be confident in skills and can provide leadership and instruction to Operations staff. - Education – Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. - Strong problem solving skills. Strong client interface and verbal and written communication skills. Administrative, prioritization, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. - Detailed understanding of the following server technologies: Windows Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, SMTP, TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS. - Experience working within an ITIL methodology is desired. - Experience with Exchange 2013 a plus.
