The person will work on *building interfaces*, *retrofitting RPG programs*,*converting to JDE program* and provide enhancements to existing processes at the mid-level in both size and complexity. · The routine tasks include development, unit test in development environment, communication with the project team and documentation of the process. · Development may involve configuring of third party or packaged application software and/or custom development while providing updates to project lead on status of activities. · This position will participate in requirements definition efforts at the program, process, and system levels, and document results of the requirements definition process. · This position will participate in and lead design efforts for new mid-level programs and integrated processes while may be custom or involve adaptation of or integration to third party and/or packaged applications software if recommended by EnterpriseOne 9.1 version. · Design activities may involve learning package software and evaluating configuration options of the application against business requirements and the documentation of design tasks. · This position will ensure the quality of developed and delivered IT capabilities and will execute unit testing. · S/He will ensure proper change control procedures are followed while evaluating system integration impacts beyond the scope of specified change. · Additionally, this role will proactively look for tools and methods to improve the operation of the supported area while working with other areas of IT to ensure operational readiness of systems.
