Position : Project Coordinator/Admin

Duration: 6+ months

Location: San Jose, CA



*Job Responsibilities: *

- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator who has worked on order
forms support and data extraction.

- Very good with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and updating the Word
document order forms

- Take direction from senior team member on updates needed and priority of
work

- Complete required updates in an organized, accurate and complete way

- Keep records of updates made, check own work, be independent and at the
same time, know how to work with the team.

- Seek clarification as needed, but generally work in an unsupervised
manner

- Follow steps for update

- Download Word doc order form from web site

- Un-protect the form

- Make required updates

- Re-protect the form

- Check for accuracy

- Save the new form with correct file naming conversion

- Upload changed form to web site

- Log the file change on the work list

- Design and optimize work flow to assure an update rate of 50 forms per day
