*Job Title: Oracle EBS Financials Support Team Leader* *Work Location: US-IL-Chicago* *Positions: 1* *Duration- Long Term* *Local Only………….* This person should be well versed Oracle eBusiness Suites Financial Applications and possess excellent written and communication skills. *Responsibilities * • Lead a team of five Oracle EBS Financial support analysts to perform the following: o Resolve support events within Service Level Agreement time frames. o Assess and triage production issues. Escalate issues to management as appropriate. o Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices. o Using Computer Aid's metric based support methodology and tools, perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues. • Proactively provide guidance and consulting to the client on Oracle opportunities, risks, challenges, etc. that impact the organization. • Establish a solid communication plan that improves customer satisfaction with end user community and client IT management. • Develop an approach to provide valuable, continuous training for team members.
