Dear All, I have the following position open. Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Hands-on experience architecting and performing database administration functions for Oracle 10g and/or 11i databases including backup and restore, database maintenance, execution of database scripts, troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Experience in architecting and performing database optimization, performance, and tuning. - Experience with designing, implementing and maintaining new databases. - Experience with configuring and supporting Data Guard to ensure high availability. - Hands-on experience working with a 3 tier high availability application infrastructure includes connection pools and clustering queuing. - Experience with architecting and administering Oracle servers in a Linux environment. - Experience with Golden Gate for data replication. - Hands-on experience with security including user management. Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews. However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview. Does candidate anticipate any absences during the engagement period?
