In preparation for the 2015 business planning cycle, BIA, Marketing, and International Finance are making major enhancements to the TLM tool. Our goal is to simplify the Excel file import in the planning process and streamline the submission process. This will reduce the turnaround time of each iteration and lower the need for constant scrubbing and manipulating of the plan data given by the field to IFA. *Details of Position:* *3-5 Years’ Experience in SQL Server *Support the development of business requirements and program specifications *Create and maintain various web applications *Design and implement database scheme *Develop, analyze and execute system test plans *Work closely with QA group to maintain application accuracy *Analyze UPS data to determine necessary data constraints *Analyze various web based applications for performance related issues *Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mgmt.
