Here’s some bullet points of desired skills and work experience for a test engineer for our project. Manual Test Engineer - Develop and execute test cases to validate the application functionality - Defect logging, retest, and resolution - Issue tracking and resolution - HPQC - important - Utility industry experience – highly desirable - ClickSoftware (ClickSchedule, ClickMobile) or similar Automated Scheduling and Mobile Workforce Management System Experience (eg. Ventyx, TOA, or similar) - SAP Plant Maintenance – nice to have - GIS – ESRI nice to have We need a strong manual test resource. - The 4 modules in scope are: test plan, requirements, test lab, defect tracking. - We do not need a regression tester, or performance tester (no QTP, loadrunner or Winrunner needed). - Testing experience with SAP integration is important - Of course Click is ideal. - Specific Click application testing experience is not critical, it is a nice to have. - Dispatching, Automated Scheduling and Mobile Workforce management system testing experience is critical. - SAP integration testing is also important. PLEASE NOTE - A strong test lead without Dispatching, Automated Scheduling and Mobile Workforce management system testing experience is not acceptable. There are unique challenges testing dispatch and mobile software.
