Thanks.!!! *Position 333: Sr Business Analyst/BA Remedy Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 6 Months Rate: $50/hr. on c2c* *Looking for GC’s and Citizens Only* Position Description This position will function as a Business Analyst working with the service catalog, self-service portal and the BMC Remedy portal. The individual in this position must meet with representatives from multiple areas of DTMB and gather requirements for workflow, request automation, and user experience and communicate requirements to the Remedy development team. The goal of this initiative is to improve user experience and functionality of Remedy while allowing developers to focus on development and implementation as opposed to requirements gathering. Specifically, this position will provide Business Analysis relating to improving the user interface of Remedy IT Service Management. Gather requirements for new functionality in Remedy (such as request automation and workflow) and work with development team on implementing. Complete State of Michigan (SOM) required project documentation and knowledge transfer to SOM staff Skills Required Individuals in this position must have experience functioning as a Business Analyst, gathering and documenting business requirements using the State of Michigan Project Management Methodology Skills Preferred Strong oral and written communication; ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and technical abilities; and, attention to detail.
