Position- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Project Manager

Job Description-

·         Coordinate annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across the
business by team; and prepare detailed documentation of findings

·         Organize, facilitate, and maintain Business Continuity
Plan/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) activity schedules, roles and
responsibilities, and scope of authority associated with continuity
management

·         Coordinate and monitor all BCP tests and exercises, records
findings and tracks open issues through to completion

·         Provide relevant Business Continuity training to all teams and
ensure standardization in Business Continuity plan purposes, meanings,
tasks, and responsibilities

·         Develop project plan and execution approach

·         Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and
project specifications

·         Work with Resource Manager to implement resource strategy for
specific organization and to implement sourcing schedule to ensure
workforce coverage

·         Develop project plans including, requirements, risks, schedule,
testing, etc.

·         Utilize a consistent process of documenting requirements and
other project artifacts

·         Analyze and report the potential risks/benefits within projects

·         Work with teams to ensure thorough testing of
modules/application/interfaces

·         Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them,
when applicable

Required Skills

·         7+ years of experience including combined business continuity,
disaster recovery, project management, business analysis, team leadership
and IT

·         Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
or related field

·         Performance reporting to senior level management experience
required

·         Effective time management skills, highly organized and process
oriented

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create
collaborative business relationships.

·         Experience facilitating work groups and strong coordination

·         Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation
skills

·         Extensive knowledge of business continuity principles, strategies
and best practices with practical experience in developing and maintaining
business continuity plans, conducting business impact assessments, and
organizing and overseeing business continuity exercises

·         Knowledge and experience in preparing and delivering training
materials to various levels of staff
