Role: Business Analyst w/ wireframing Duration: 6 plus month Location: Lyndhurst NJ Face to face will be required Must be strong with wireframing, some web page design MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND WORK WITH EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT AND BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE PROJECT ON THEIR OWN WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK AND WORK ON SEVERAL PROJECTS AT ONCE. Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience • At least 7-10 years of Business/Technical Analysis experience • Experience working with cross-functional teams that translate internal and external business needs into functional requirements and ultimately deliverable software products • Experience working with multiple levels of business users • Ability to fully grasp complex system architectures, including multiple inter-related databases and intricate business rule logic • Experience with visual prototyping techniques to drive user feedback • Experience in performing thorough gap analysis between multiple processes, systems and products • Strong analytical and requirements documentation skills • Strong negotiation and leadership skills • Strong ability to interact with multiple client contacts • Experience in consistently meeting project deliverable deadlines • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including strong presentation skills • Proactive and eager to learn and contribute to new and emerging technologies, processes, and products • Comfortable working independently as well as on a team • Experience in working for a commercial software company • Experience in project management methodologies • Experience with six sigma a plus • Experience in operational role desirable • Understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry desirable Thanks.
