Description
The client seeks a program manager who is experienced in Integrated Voice
Response (IVR) technology. The resource will manage the transition of a
legacy IVR system upgrade. Project responsibilities will include a full
range of technology solutions delivery knowledge and skills, including:
project planning, tracking and control, business requirements gathering,
business process reengineering, alternative systems, technology assessment,
system configuration, system design, systems integration, system testing,
and operational management.
Required Qualification
Technical Abilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system
structure, design and operation.
• Ability to use Microsoft Project to track project progress
• Proficient in technical writing and communication in regards to IVR
requirements, processes, statement of work, and practices.
• Ability in Advanced Microsoft Office tools
Project Manager Abilities
• Demonstrated implementation of IVR systems involving transition from
incumbent to new supplier.
• Ability to utilize project management principles and techniques to
effectively lead and manage an enterprise-level IVR implementation project
from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and
ongoing program management
• Ability to lead the business process and organizational change
management transformations that accompany IVR implementation projects
• Ability to communicate effectively on a wide range of subjects, both
technical and non-technical, to all levels of management and staff
• Holds current, valid PMP® certification.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute project plans including work
breakdown, resource estimates, activity planning, resource scheduling,
assigning of deliverables, project administration, and status reporting
