If you have any excellent match for this position please send me resume and contact details. *Job Tittle : *Senior Developer / Database Administrator *Location : *Chicago, IL *Duration : *6 month’s Client Blue Cross & Blue Shield Association Mode of Interview: Telephonic, face to face/Skype Note; This is only open for EAD-GC, GC and USC RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide primary DBA design and support services for establishing, upgrading and maintaining the DB2 UDB Data Warehouse environments. · Manage and maintain all production and non-production databases. · Responsible for enforcing SDLC standards, maintenance, access and security administration, this person will perform backup and recovery on DBMS and configure database parameters, along with related activities. · Implement backup and recovery procedures for DB2 UDB Data Warehouse databases and test regularly in conjunction with Operations. · Understand and maintain documentation of dependencies between versions of application vendor software, DB2 UDB Data Warehouse software, and AIX Operating System. EXPERIENCE: · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator. · Knowledge with DB2 UDB LUW Data Warehouse Enterprise Edition within an AIX operating environment. · Must have experience with DPF and Shell Scripting. · Netbackup and TSM experience required. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *TOP 5 Skills:* · Sr level with 7years as a DB2 UDB Administrator.
