Local Candidates *Job Description:* Someone who can *program* in Java that can create system documentation · MUST be able to develop and read Java programming language ·Candidate will work as a developer most of the time but will require to work with both the business and development team to create Business Requirements Document, Functional Requirements Document, Use Cases, etc Developer first, then documentation skills second. Description Job Summary: Under direction, identify business problems and formulate objective solutions through effective business and system analysis techniques. Define systems scope and objectives through research combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements for web and web content management systems. Develop or modify procedures to solve complex problems within information systems. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and offer solutions to existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Other responsibilities include: Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): • Over 5+ years of direct experience in IT project management and business analysis • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent • Proficient in IT environment and IT methodology in project development life cycle • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management with web sites, web applications, client application, work flow and enterprise applications support and development, large scaled project management, business process engineering, team management • Proficient in project metrics reporting • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word • Working experience with web applications and web content management systems is highly preferred • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects by working independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks • Proven problem-solving skills including diagnostic, research, absorb and retain information quickly in a wide range of technical issues • Excellent written & verbal communication with the ability to document issues and resolution, training material, FAQ, etc. • Keen attention to detail • Exceptional Customer Service orientation with the interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, questioning skills and delivering information in a friendly manner to customers Please reply at [email protected] for quick response. *Mohit Gupta* *Techwire Solutions, Inc* Suite #700,1999 S.
