*Quality Assurance / SOA Tester* Location: Cincinnati Ohio Length: 6 Months + Interview type: Phone + Face to Face *Quality Assurance / SOA Tester must be very familiar with ITKO Lisa or similar automated test tool (e.g. ParaSoft SOA, Soap UI) * *Position Description:* The Client’s digital Quality Assurance team has 1 opening for an senior SOA Tester. This tester will provide support in developing SOA/integration interface test plans and estimates, automated test script development, executing service test scripts, reporting/tracking defects. The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing quality and test related process execution with high impact to the business. This includes providing feedback on artifacts developed during *requirements and analysis phase* within DCP projects; authoring test plans and test cases; and performing test execution for both project and support related activities. *Required Skills:* The ideal candidate would: · *Have 5+ years of overall software testing experience* · *Have a minimum 3 years’ experience with automated web services testing. * · *Possess in depth knowledge of SOA test automation framework, process, strategy, and approach* · *Demonstrate experience in validating XML, XSD, XPath Syntax, Web Services, MQ, Topics, REST, HTTP, SOAP Messaging, etc.* · *Show a strong understanding of Java and C programming fundamentals* · *Be very familiar with ITKO Lisa or similar automated test tool (e.g. ParaSoft SOA, Soap UI) to include:* o Test script design and development o Testing web services designed to function in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment o Designing and writing automated test scripts · Be proficient in SQL and database concepts.
