*Query 1.) We need someone with “good” IIS experience (3+
years) instead of “great” (5+), and more overall Windows Server experience.
Just an overall Windows guy who is competent enough in IIS.*
*Query 2.) What is your experience with middleware/OS level
management, including SCOM, SCCM, and scripting with PowerShell. We would
like someone a little stronger in those areas?*
*Query 3.) What is your experience with IIS/Windows Server
2008+ knowledge as well?*
IIS Engineer/Admin (engineering team)
· 3 to 5 years in Large Enterprise
· 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting .NET applications on IIS
single node and multi node web farms
· Must have experience in IIS 6 and 7/7.5 and 8.5 and be able to
answer in depth questions during an interview
· Familiar with managing servers remotely
· Experience managing tickets submitted by end users and developers
· Proven ability to troubleshoot .NET applications and diagnose
issues with IIS
· Familiar with Windows clustering and Load Balanced web farms
· Experience with IIS 8.5 and Server 2012r2 is a plus
· Must have experience in managing servers remotely via MMC's and
snap-ins
· PowerShell experience is a plus
