It will start off as 3 months but with the very strong possibility of an extension. Phone interview and then either a face to face or Skype interview will be required depending on the candidates location. Looking for someone who is immediately available. A 2 week notice will probably not work. *JOB SUMMARY:* This position is responsible for the implementation and support of the Supply Chain Management (SAP MM/PP/WM) process area solutions. The position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the relevant modules in SAP and key integration points with the Order Management (SD) and Finance (FI/CO) modules in SAP. *PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: - Support the existing SAP design, SAP application configuration, and custom system enhancements / integration points - Provide additional support to key Supply Chain processes as needed - Document requirements for new functionality as required in support of the Supply Chain processes, which may include SAP application configuration, custom enhancements and custom reports - Develop functional design specifications in support of existing and new application requirements - Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end state deliverable - Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize impact to performance - Develop and execute functional unit test cases in support of new application requirements - Collaborate with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. string, integration, performance, user acceptance) - Responsible for managing design issue/defect resolution - Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to the custom system enhancements, and integration points *QUALIFICATIONS:* - 6 – 8 years of SAP configuration experience with the SAP Supply Chain-related (MM, PP, WM and/or SD) modules, acting in a systems analysis function (working with end-users to translate business requirements into system specifications) - Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production support - Experience with complex implementations that include custom solutions around SAP (interfaces, user exits, enhancements, customer programs) is a must - Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization - Knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals - Proven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Access) - Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving, assessing whether standard functionality can be used and identifying reasonable custom solutions where needed - Ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP to coordinate and assist with detailed technical design - Willingness and ability to travel as required *Amit* * Sr. Recruitment Manager* *Zenith tech Solutions* * Desk: **518-621-004* <518-621-0048>*6* * Fax: **518-244-4977* <518-244-4977> * 3 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *[email protected]* <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
