*Title: **SQL/BI Developers* *Duration: Long term * *Location: Onsite in Bowie MD* *Strong Experience in at least one of the following: *SSRS, Business Objects, Crystal Reports and a willingness to learn Actuate Birt – a new tool. *Responsibilities* - Participate in the design, development and deployment of databases and automation initiatives using the SQL Server 2008 and 2012 platforms. - Model, build and test systems in accordance with the agile development methodology. - Perform code inspections and refactor code to best practice standards. - Communicate effectively within both the product delivery and the internal development teams. *Requirements* Must have 6+ years of experience including 4+ years experience developing enterprise-level data warehouses/data marts. 1. Must have SQL Server and SSIS experience. 2. Must have strong SQL development skills. 3. Must have a strong understanding of dimensional database design and development and recent relevant work experience. 4. Must be a methodical and pragmatic problem-solver. 5. Should have a BS degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, related field or comparable experience. 6. Should have a strong bias for action and ability to drive issues to resolution. 7. Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus. 8. Experience with health care clinical and claims data and the associated regulatory environment a plus. 9. Experience using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) a plus.
