*Job Position: Data Modeler Level3 (min 10 years of experience)* Location: Monterey Park, CA Duration: Long term contract *Job Summary:* The Data Modeler will be responsible for the design and development of the logical and physical data model based on source systems. Architect data modeling solutions for Data Warehouse and down streams. Facilitate consistent business analysis, data acquisition and access analysis and design, database management Systems optimization, archiving and recovery strategy, load strategy design and implementation, security and change management at the group level *Technology:* · IBM Banking Data Model; Erwin; M1; Modeling and mapping tool *Primary Skills:* · Architectural/Data Modeling/Data Mapping in the banking Model; Modeling Tools; Banking *Experience:* · 10 years of experience in BDW; Data Modelling and Data Mapping · Leadership qualities Banking product knowledge on capital markets products (derivatives, options & futures, fixed income, etc.) or Core Banking products (loans, deposits, treasury – FX & Money Market, Trade Finance) *Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of banking & financial services industry experience designing dimensional models for financial data warehouse products using industry standard tools such as Embarcadero (preferred) and Erwin. · Data warehouse concepts and strong Dimensional Data modeling experience is required. · Data Quality and Data Governance concepts and experience is required. · Exposure to Informatica ETL or Business Intelligence tools is preferred. · Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. · Excellent mentoring skills · Must work well in a team environment. · Model maintenance via portal/website a plus. *Thanks * *Sudhir Dubey* *United Software Group Inc.. * *565 Metro Place South.
